About Passive & Energy Efficient Home Design

The design goal

The design goal is to build an attractive energy efficient home that maintains a constant temperature of 22c in winter and summer with zero to minimal heating and cooling costs.

Use of smart and high technology systems

We use smart and high technology systems and follow Passive Home Principles developed in Europe in 1995 that allow homes to maintain 22c in winters below -10c and summers that can hit +40c.

Contemporary Living Model

Our design focus ensures Ultra High Insulation from Slab to Roof, Airtight Walls, Windows and Doors, Multi-Glazed E Glass, Heat and recovery Ventilation, Site Orientation and Attractive Functional Passive Gardens.
