We meet to explore and note your visions, ideas and design preferences.From sketch to 3D Colour Renders we compile the look of your Dream Home.
Energy Saving Design
Once we have completed your Design, we focus on the proven Passive Design Rules, Principles & Guides,as shown in our Pathways page. Gardens included.
Interior & Exterior Design
We work with our Energy Consultants, Internal 3D View Render consultants, Interior Designers, Full-scale Walk-Through Dwg Plans, Bondor Insulated Wall Cladding,Efficient Cooling, Heating,Smart Home Automation and Appliance Specialist
Architectural Drawings
Once we have completed Steps 1-3 we prepare your Architectural Drawings. We explore the look to ensure you are happy and we finalise them for Council and other approvals.
Building Cost Estimates
Once you have obtained your approved Architect Drawings we offer an additional low-cost fee to prepare building a full cost estimate for your review.
Project Management
You can work with your builder or if you prefer, we have extensive project management and building experience and can offer our services to manage your build.
